RESTRICTIONS
All purchases made by persons under the age of 18 are not permitted in the Malaysia by NanoSTIX. You must be 18 years or older and have a credit card/debit to buy our products online. We do not sell our products to minors and we reserve the right to cancel and sales transaction when it is thought that the product is being bought for or on behalf of minor.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS, SHIPPING
We offer standards 14-day long distance refund as long as the item is in new condition and has not been opened. All hardware has a standard 48 hour DOA policy.
Due to health & hygiene, e-liquids, disposable e-cigarettes and tanks are excluded from this policy and are only returnable if faulty.
Any missing or damaged items in your order, must be noticed to NanoSTIX within 48 hours of receipt of your parcel.
Our cut off time for next day delivery is 4pm Monday-Thursday. Orders for next day delivery need to be made before these times to ensure they can be dispatched the same day. Orders made after these times will be dispatched the next working day e.g orders made on Thursday after 4pm will be dispatched on Monday.

The purchase of products from NanoSTIX is governed by these terms and conditions. Please read them before using the site. By accessing the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
